Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in dealership and manufacturer marketing programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and creative — with hands-on experience in coordinating manufacturer promotions, maintaining brand compliance, and managing social media content and graphics across multiple dealerships.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, execute, and track manufacturer promotions and campaigns (Ford, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).

Design and update marketing materials in Canva (banners, social media posts, website graphics).

Ensure all creative assets follow OEM brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Manage Co-op claim submissions and ensure timely reimbursement from manufacturers.

Plan and schedule social media content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts).

Repost and adapt manufacturer promotions for dealership social platforms.

Support local dealership campaigns, including seasonal offers, community events, and sales promotions.

Collaborate with internal designers and account managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Track campaign performance and provide reporting support when required.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automotive marketing, dealership marketing, or OEM-related role.

Proficient in Canva (Photoshop or Illustrator is an asset).

Strong understanding of automotive manufacturer marketing programs, co-op processes, and brand standards.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple dealership accounts simultaneously.
